The Workshop was hosted by Nuwara Eliyah Regional President, Chef Priyantha Weerasinghe, and Chef Trevor Baines.
The art of Aspic – One of the main criteria that a Chef competing the in Culinary Arts and Food Expo 2019 – is very closely judged by the WACS Judges who will be coming to the BMICH to look at over 2000 chefs taking part and award them points which will give them a Gold, Silver or Bronze.
