Butchery Techniques

The Culinary Training Event organized by the Chefs Guild of Lanka focused on Butchery Techniques and took place on 29th August 2024, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management in Colombo 03. Conducted by Chef Baba Borhan, the event offered participants hands-on training in butchery, along with a motivational program led by Zareena Madawala, Executive Chef at Galadari Hotel Colombo, the event was a valuable opportunity for culinary enthusiasts to enhance their skills and gain insights from industry professionals.
