Pastry and Blow Sugar Training

The Culinary Training Event organized by the Chefs Guild of Lanka focused on Pastry and Blow Sugar Techniques. Held on 30th July 2024, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at Lavendra Hall, Sofia Colombo City Hotel, the training was conducted by Dusman Prageeth, Executive Pastry Chef at Cinnamon Grand. The event included a Train the Trainer Program and a motivation program titled “The Way Forward,” offering participants a chance to enhance their culinary skills and learn from industry experts.
